Bulk bag (FIBC) handling systems are used wherever materials are received or dispatched in large woven polypropylene bags of 500 kg to 1 500 kg. Facet Engineering designs complete bulk bag handling plants for both intake (discharge) and despatch (filling) operations. Discharge stations include a bag-lifting frame, vibrating base plate, and dust-tight spout connection to the plant conveying. Filling stations include net or gross weight scales, automatic spout connection, and bag support frame with integrated inflate/deflate for the bag liner. Between the discharge and filling stations, the material is conveyed through the process. The number of discharge and filling stations is matched to the required material flow rate and the available forklift or crane capacity.
